To highlight just two of our programs…
LAUNCH is our new graduate program designed to support an analysts’ development from day one. This highly interactive module focuses on learning core skills using a case-based approach and real-life examples. The format allows analysts to engage with their peers across the firm, while learning from more experienced colleagues and senior leaders.
Training the Street, meanwhile, is an intensive three-week training program that covers financial fundamentals, including accounting, Excel skills and basic three-statement modeling. The program also explores the corporate valuation and financial modeling typical for both private and public investment tracks.
