Richard leads the team responsible for integrating consideration of environmental, social and governance, including climate risks and opportunities across our investment programs.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2019, Richard spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was most recently Global Head of Thematic Equity and ESG Research, and Co-Head of EMEA Equity Research. Previously, he worked at Merrill Lynch, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, and Paribas Capital Markets as an Integrated Oil & Gas equity analyst.
Richard holds a Graduado Superior/BA (Hons) in European Business Administration from ICADE in Madrid.
Managing Director, Head of Board Secretariat and Associate Corporate Secretary
Andrea leads our Board Secretariat team, supporting the Chairperson of the Board of Directors as well as the Board, Board Committee Chairs and Board Committees in relation to corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters. Before that, Andrea provided legal and compliance advice on a wide range of internal matters.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2007, Andrea practiced corporate and securities law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg.
Andrea holds a BSocSc from the University of Ottawa and a JD from the University of Toronto. Andrea is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Managing Director, Head of External Affairs
Tara is responsible for domestic public affairs, as well as stakeholder and industry affairs globally.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2014, Tara spent more than a decade as a business journalist, most recently at the Globe and Mail.
She holds a BA in Journalism from Ryerson University and a BComm from the University of Guelph.
Managing Director, Financing, Collateral & Trading
Manroop leads the Balancing & Collateral team, which is responsible for delivery and management of the Fund’s passive portfolios (global equity and fixed income), and seeks to optimize the Fund’s collateral in order to manage its liquidity and leverage position.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, he held various fixed income and credit trading roles with Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Manroop holds a BComm from McMaster University, and an MS from the London School of Economics.
Managing Director, Head of Performance, Reporting & Analytics
Danielle is responsible for leading the performance, reporting and analytics functions within the Finance, Analytics and Risk group. She has 25 years of experience in financial services.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2019, Danielle was the Chief Risk Officer of The Co-operators Group, where she worked with senior leadership and the Board to mature the enterprise risk management framework. Before that, Danielle held senior roles in insurance pricing, risk and capital governance at RBC.
Danielle holds a BMath in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Waterloo. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
Managing Director, Macro Strategies
David leads the CMF Macro Volatility Strategies team, which is responsible for active discretionary investments in volatility/derivative markets. He also provides leadership and strategic direction on all Macro investing initiatives and significant risk positions. Before that, he focused on active fixed income investment strategies within the Short Horizon Alpha group and subsequently led development of the Cross Asset group within Short Horizon Alpha, as well as the Global Capital Markets Volatility team.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2013, David spent over 17 years at Goldman Sachs, where he held a variety of roles trading fixed income cash, derivative and option products in both New York and London.
David holds a BS in Finance and Accounting (Hons) from Fordham University.
Managing Director, Head of Active Fundamental Equities
Bill leads the team responsible for delivering alpha through public equity security selection driven by bottom-up fundamental research.
Bill was previously responsible for managing the teams focusing on global public equity investments in the Industrial, Energy, Materials and Technology sectors.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2010, Bill was a Director and Analyst in the Equity Research group at TD Securities Inc. Previously, he worked at Ernst and Young in the Assurance Services and Corporate Finance groups.
Bill hold a BA in Economics from McGill University and a MBA from the University of Toronto. He is a CA and a CFA Charterholder.
Managing Director, Active Fundamental Equities
Pat is a senior leader on the team that manages a concentrated portfolio in delivering alpha through public equity security selection.
He is responsible for leading the teams focused in the Consumer, Telecom, Media and Healthcare sectors, and joined CPP Investments in 2009.
Pat has over 30 years of experience managing global public equities for a variety of pension funds, mutual funds and private client assets. Prior to joining CPP Investments, he worked at Phillips Hager and North Investment Management (now RBC) and TAL Investment Management (now CIBC).
Pat holds a BMath (Hons) from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Pat currently serves on the board of Viking Cruise Holdings Ltd.
Managing Director, Investment Operations
Tony leads CPPInvestments’ Treasury Services team within the Finance, Analytics and Risk group. His team provides support for treasury and funding services across the portfolio. Prior to joining Treasury Services, he led a team in Investment Operations that supported derivatives trading within our Public Markets department.
Tony has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector working in the capital markets areas of banks supporting the functions of operations, risk management and valuations. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2010 Tony held roles with major financial institutions in Toronto, London and Sydney including RBC Capital Markets, Société Générale and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Tony has a Bachelors of Economics degree from Macquarie University (in Australia) and holds the Financial Risk Manager designation.
Lisa A. Baiton
Managing Director, Head of Global Public Affairs
Lisa Baiton oversees CPP Investments’ global public affairs programs. She has over 25 years experience in progressively senior executive leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2010, Lisa served as Vice President and Practice Lead, Government Relations for a North American full-service public affairs firm where she provided executive-level counsel to large corporate clients. She has also worked for one of Canada’s largest industry associations, the Canadian Bankers Association, and for senior Cabinet Ministers and a Premier within three Canadian governments (Saskatchewan, Federal, and Ontario).
Originally from Saskatchewan, Lisa has a BA in Political Science (University of Saskatchewan), and a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) and the Schulich School of Business (York University), with global electives completed at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. She is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto). She is an active volunteer, currently serving on the Fields Institute Board, the Canada-China Business Council Board, the C.D. Howe Institute International Economic Policy Council, and the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada Toronto Advisory Group.
Managing Director, Global Head of Real Estate
Peter is responsible for our global real estate portfolio, which is diversified across twenty global markets and currently exceeds C$50 Billion.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2007, Peter worked with several leading real estate companies, including Canderel, Brookfield and TrizecHahn.
Peter holds a BComm from McGill University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University; and has been granted the ICD.D designation by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
He is on the board of Brazilian public company Aliansce Sonae, a member of Global Board of Directors of the Urban Land Institute and is a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Managing Director, Legal
Ryan is responsible for delivery of legal services globally; including enterprise and investment legal support across the organization through both internal and external counsel.
Before joining CPP Investments, Ryan was general counsel of Turtle Creek Asset Management, a North American equity hedge fund business. He is also a prior managing director and head of multi-manager funds with The Carlyle Group, through its subsidiary Diversified Global Asset Management (DGAM), where he led management of global portfolios of hedge funds, credit funds, other private market funds and co-investments for institutional investors. He also previously acted as DGAM’s general counsel, and began his career practicing corporate law at Torys LLP with emphasis on M&A and corporate finance.
A member of the Law Society of Ontario, Ryan has Master of Finance and Law degrees from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University.
Managing Director, Head of Assurance and Advisory
Alex leads the Internal Audit team, whose role is to deliver a variety of Assurance and Advisory activities to ensure the controls for our key risks are appropriately identified and effectively designed, and are operating efficiently and effectively.
Alex previously worked at KPMG, where, as an Audit Partner in the firm’s practice she worked with clients in the technology, media and telecommunications sector and gained valuable expertise in lean methodology and audit quality control. Most recently she was the firm’s national industry leader in the Media and Entertainment practice and was responsible for providing support to teams across the country on business and financial reporting issues affecting the industry.
Alex is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA and holds a B.Comm from McGill University.
Alex serves on a number of charitable boards including the Canadian Film Centre and MusiCounts, the music education charity affiliated with the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and the Junos.
Managing Director, Head of Strategy and Business Planning
Susan leads strategy and business planning for CPP Investments. She joined the organization in 2011 and, in addition to building both strategy and planning capabilities for CPP Investments, developed the enterprise risk framework and practices for many years.
Susan has more than 25 years of experience in the pension and investment industry, including 14 years at Manulife Financial where she was on the Senior Management Team of the U.S. Retirement business and spent her last three years there in the corporate office as Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to joining Manulife, Susan held pension plan consulting roles at both Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson).
Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto, is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Managing Director, Research & Innovation Group
Jonathan currently leads the Quantitative Alpha Research and Innovation efforts in Capital Markets and Factor Investing. He joined CPP Investments as the Head of Implementation Research for Global Tactical Asset Allocation in early 2010 and in 2012 switched roles to co-head Quantitative Alpha Research for the Quantitative Equity team. Jonathan has over 18 years of experience in quantitative investing and research in applied mathematics.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, he was a Technical Director in Charles Schwab’s Advanced Technology Group, and a Research Officer at Barclays Global Investors – with appointments in both the quantitative global macro and active equity research teams.
Jonathan has a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in Engineering, an MS in Engineering from Dartmouth, and undergraduate degrees from the California Institute of Technology in Engineering and Bowdoin College in Physics and Mathematics.
Managing Director, Head of Americas Leveraged Finance
David leads the Americas Leveraged Finance group and currently serves on the board of Antares Capital.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, David was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management in its Mezzanine Finance Group in New York. Previously, David was a Vice President at JPMorgan in its Principal Investments and Leveraged Finance groups in New York.
David holds an MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a BAH in Economics from Queen’s University.
Managing Director, Head of Talent Acquisition
Tracy leads the Talent Acquisition team responsible for sourcing top talent for CPP Investments offices globally. Tracy has more than 20 years of talent acquisition experience. Prior to joining CPP Investments, she held various roles within the Human Resources function at KPMG, including leading hiring teams, employee brand, and talent-acquisition operations. Before that, Tracy spent more than a decade at search firms, and started her career in Structured and Trade Finance at CIBC.
Tracy holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, as well as a BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
Managing Director, Head of Compliance
Katie Daniels is CPP Investments’ Head of Compliance, located within the legal department.
Before joining CPP Investments, Katie was a long term member of staff of the Ontario Securities Commission, acting as Deputy Director in both the Corporate Finance and Enforcement branches. In her leadership role, she developed deep expertise in securities law, corporate governance and regulatory issues, along with litigation and risk management. Prior to joining the OSC, she practiced commercial litigation with a large Toronto firm.
In addition to her past role at the OSC, Katie was a member of the Board of Directors of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), an umbrella organization representing all state and provincial securities regulators in North America.
Katie graduated from the University of Toronto law school in 1992 and earned her Global Professional Masters of Law (GPLLM) from the University of Toronto law school in 2012.
Managing Director, Strategic Program Management
Andrew’s responsibilities include oversight of the Investment Risk and Investment Finance functions as well as providing integration and oversight of work supporting the investment framework.
Previously Andrew held Managing Director roles within Private Investments both in business management and infrastructure since joining CPP Investments in 2010. Before this, Andrew was CEO of HBOS Canada. In a banking career, focused on international and corporate banking, Andrew covered both origination and risk functions. He was head of corporate finance activities in Continental Europe and a board member of HBOS’s European and North American International division which oversaw retail and corporate activities.

Managing Director, Head of Energy and Resources
Avik heads up our natural resources group.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Avik was President & CEO of Remvest Energy Partners in Houston, USA. Previously, he was a Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Remora Energy, a Private Equity backed energy company. He has been active in the global energy sector since 1999 with roles across industry, private equity and investment banking. He has previously worked with a number of organizations including First Reserve, Deutsche Bank and EnCana Corporation.
Avik currently serves on the board of Teine Energy. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Enactus Canada and the Young Professionals in Energy organization. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary.
Managing Director, Head of Americas Structured Credit and Financials
Andrew joined CPP Investments in 2008 and has invested across industries and asset classes, including corporate and structured credit opportunities. He currently heads the Americas Structured Credit and Financials group, and has represented CPP Investments as a Director on multiple Boards.
Previously, Andrew worked for the credit opportunities funds at Fortress Investment Group and started his career with KPMG LLP on the Financial Institutions industry team, followed by eight years in the Corporate Finance group advising mid-market companies on M&A and financings.
Andrew holds a B Comm. from McGill University, and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.
Managing Director, Head of Quantitative Strategies and Risk Premia
Paul Ebner, CFA is a Managing Director and Head of Quantitative Strategies and Risk Premia (QSRP) for the Capital Markets and Factor Investing Department (CMF) at CPP Investments. As Head of QSRP, Mr. Ebner is responsible for implementing and managing a scalable CMF portfolio that integrates multi-horizon systematic risk premia and alpha strategies spanning multiple asset classes. This includes managing quantitative strategies and the risk premia portfolio as well as developing and deploying state-of-the-art production processes & analytics for CMF. Previous to this role, Mr. Ebner was Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Portfolio Engineering for Quantitative Equity Strategies at CPP Investments. In this role, Mr. Ebner was responsible for the daily operation and infrastructure running the Quantitative Equity Strategies. He has been associated with the firm since June 2016.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Mr. Ebner was a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of Global Equity Market Neutral Strategies at BlackRock, Inc. and a member of the Scientific Active Equity team. His tenure at Blackrock spanned 12 years including his years at Barclay’s Global Investors, which merged with the firm in 2009. While at Barclays Global Investors, Mr. Ebner was responsible for helping to launch and manage new equity hedge funds for the advanced equity strategies research team. Prior to this, he served as a Trader on the fixed income repo desk at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Ebner received a B.A. degree, with Honors, in Political Science from Davidson College in 1998, a Diploma in International Relations from the London School of Economics in 1999, and a M.A. degree in Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley in 2004.
Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance and Tax
Kristina leads CPP Investments’ Corporate Finance and Tax teams, having had over 20 years of professional accounting, tax and management experience. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2010, Kristina practiced international tax at KPMG where she advised global organizations. Kristina built CPP Investments’ global tax team which is responsible for providing oversight and guidance for international tax related strategy, risk management, investment support and compliance. She currently also leads CPP Investments’ Corporate Finance teams which are responsible for establishing CPPIB’s accounting policies, the preparation of CPP Investments’ consolidated financial statements, ensuring appropriate governance over each of CPP Investments’ wholly-owned subsidiaries, vendor payment processing and the reporting and analysis of the total costs of CPP Investments.
Kristina is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA and holds a B.Comm from the University of Toronto.
Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Strategy, Private Equity
Jim leads CPP Investments’ Private Equity Portfolio Strategy. He previously led our Funds, Secondaries & Co-investments and Direct Private Equity groups.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2004, Jim worked in the Investment Banking group at Merrill Lynch & Co. and RBC Capital Markets. Previously, he was a Commissioned Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces.
He currently serves on the boards of NEWAsurion and IQVIA, and is a former director of AWAS Aviation Capital, LHP Hospital Group, Kinetic Concepts and Cequel Communications.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Royal Military College of Canada and an International Master of Business Administration degree from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.

Managing Director, Head of Power and Renewables
Bruce is responsible for CPP Investments’ Power & Renewables investments. Joining CPP Investments in 2007 as a Senior Principal in the Infrastructure group, he was most recently Managing Director, Head of Americas for Infrastructure.
Prior to joining the CPP Investments, Bruce led the private markets infrastructure team at OPTrust. Before that, he spent several years working with Macquarie Bank in London and Toronto in corporate finance after having worked in investment banking at RBC Dominion Securities.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Toronto
Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Design
Jim leads the Portfolio Design group in our Total Portfolio Management (TPM) department. He and his group are responsible for identifying and researching systematic investment factors, and allocating the Total Fund to factors and assets in a systematic and diversified manner that fulfills our legislative mandate of maximizing returns without undue risk of loss; and supporting the sustainability of the CPP.
Previously, Jim headed the Portfolio Management group within TPM. During that time, he and his team developed the investment process for, and managed, the systematic exposures of the Balancing portion of our Total Portfolio. Prior to that, Jim managed the Portfolio Engineering team in Public Market Investments-Quant Equities, where he was responsible for daily production of quantitative investment models and related analytics.
Before joining CPP Investments, Jim held various roles managing quantitative portfolios and portfolio management teams at Seekers Advisors HK, Bosera Asset Management Co. in HK & China, and Barclays Global Investors and UBS Brinson Inc. in the U.S.
Jim has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from MIT. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Managing Director, Head of Direct Private Equity
Ryan is responsible for CPP Investments’ Direct Private Equity program. He previously led both our Direct Private Equity activities in Europe and our Financial Institutions group.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2006, Ryan was a Vice-President at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Financial Institutions Group in the Investment Banking Division in New York. He currently serves on the boards of Dorna Sports S.L. and Wilton Re. He was formerly a director of Antares Capital, Ascot Group and AWAS Aviation Capital.
Ryan holds an MBA and law degrees from York University, and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
Managing Director, Head of North America, Direct Private Equity
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Geoff was Managing Director and Head of Private Equity at Vulcan Capital in Seattle. He was previously Partner at Forstmann Little & Co. in New York and worked in M&A for Goldman Sachs in New York and London. He currently serves on the board of Asurion and Informatica.
Geoff holds a BA in Economics from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Wharton.
Managing Director, Direct Private Equity
Sam is responsible for our direct private equity efforts in the Industrial sector and serves as a member of the Active Equities Investment Committee. He has worked on private equity investments across sectors.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2007, Sam worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, an investment banker at CIBC World Markets and in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Finance and Assurance groups.
Sam holds a BComm From McGill University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Professional Accountant.
He is on the board of Berlin Packaging and previously served on the boards of The Gates Corporation and Air Distribution Technologies.
Managing Director, Direct Private Equity
Lori Hall-Kimm is a senior member of the Direct Private Equity (North America) team, responsible for coverage of the Consumer/Retail sector. She previously led our co-investments business across North America & Europe, within the Secondaries & Co-investments team and currently serves on the boards of Nord Anglia Education and 99Cents Only Stores.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2016, Lori spent almost 11 years in the Private Capital team at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, having helped establish their London office and leading European fund and co-investments. Prior to OTPP, Lori worked in the Consumer-Retail Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs, and has held previous positions with TD Securities and OMERS.
Lori holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (New York) and a BBA (Hons.) from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Managing Director, Head of Research and Portfolio Strategy
Frank leads our data-driven research efforts for Active Equities and is responsible for delivering alpha through active security selection driven by alternative data and advanced analytical techniques. He also overseas Portfolio Strategy for Active equities, this includes managing portfolio design and construction.
Frank has held several positions at CPP Investments. Most recently he was Managing Director, Head of Active Fundamental Equities. In that role he was responsible for managing a concentrated portfolio of equity investments and leading a team of sector specialists.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2007, Frank was an Assistant Portfolio Manager in the Global Active Equities group at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan managing a portfolio of Media and Communications investments and an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at BMO.
Frank holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management Science from Ryerson University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Managing Director, Head of Investment Risk
Rocky is responsible for leading the Investment Risk function within CPP Investments with accountabilities for the measurement, analysis, and oversight of risk across all of the investment portfolios.
Rocky has over 18 years of experience in risk management within the banking, insurance and most recently asset management sectors. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Rocky worked for S&P Risk Solutions where he was the VP and Head of Analytical Services for the Americas. In this role he assisted financial institutions on the development and implementation of risk assessment frameworks and risk measurement methodologies. As a risk consultant, he drew upon 10 years of credit risk experience at Bank of Montreal where he held progressively senior roles within investment banking, middle market and retail risk groups.
Rocky has a MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a Specialized Honours BA in Economics from York University and is a CFA charter holder.
Managing Director, Head of Active Portfolio Management
Jennifer leads the teams responsible for aligning active program activities with CPP Investments’ desired long-term portfolio and optimizing CPP Investments’ intellectual capital. Prior to her current role, Jennifer was responsible for the team that makes and monitors CPP Investments’ private equity fund commitments in North America, Latin America and Europe, having joined the team in 2004. Previously, Jennifer worked at MWI & Partners, a Canadian middle-market buyout fund, and at Merrill Lynch – in investment banking in Toronto and structured finance in London.
Jennifer holds a B.Comm. from McGill University.
Managing Director, Head of Infrastructure
Scott is responsible for overseeing CPP Investments’ significant global infrastructure program. He has almost 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. He joined the CPP Investments’ Private Investments department in 2005 as a Senior Principal to start the Infrastructure Investments group, and in 2009 moved to the Public Market Investments department to start the Relationship Investments group and was most recently Managing Director, Head of Fundamental Equities. Prior to that, Scott was an investment professional at Onex Corporation and held various positions in both finance and operations at GE Capital Real Estate and GE Plastics.
Scott holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University, Canada.
He currently serves on the boards of TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. and Entertainment One Ltd., and has served on numerous other boards in a variety of industries.
Managing Director, Head of Relationship Investments
Mike is responsible for leading CPP Investments’ Relationship Investments (RI) program.
Mike joined CPP Investments in 2009, focusing on significant minority equity investments in public and soon-to-be-public companies globally.
He has more than 20 years of experience in direct investing and investment banking. Prior to CPP Investments, Mike worked in TD Bank’s merchant banking group, where he focused on mezzanine debt and structured equity investments and at Scotiabank in the Institutional Equities and Investment Banking groups.
Mike holds a BA (Hons) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ont., and an MBA (High Honours) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He currently serves as the Lead Independent Director of Advanced Disposal Services Inc.
Managing Director, Head of Total Rewards
Dario leads the Total Rewards team, responsible for the development, governance and administration of compensation, benefits, pension, and mobility programs for CPP Investments’ employees around the world.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2015, Dario was with Sun Life Financial, where he held various roles over six years, including heading total rewards and mobility for Sun Life Asia in Hong Kong, and leading the sales compensation practice in Toronto. Rosemary leads the Human Resources Business Partners and Employee Relations team for CPP Investments, an advisory function which plays a central role in the overall development, execution and success of CPP Investments’ talent management practices. Prior to this, she led CPP Investments’ Talent Acquisition team, which is responsible for recruiting talent for CPP Investments offices globally.
Rosemary joined CPP Investments after eighteen years at McKinsey & Company, where she began as a consultant, then spent over a decade in several global talent management roles including candidate assessment, campus and experienced hire recruiting, talent branding, and consultant leadership development.
Rosemary holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and a BA from the Ivey School of Business.
Managing Director, Financing, Collateral & Trading
James joined CPP Investments in April 2011 to head up Fixed Income execution and Fixed Income portfolio management within Global Capital Markets. James was also responsible for the management of CPP Investments’ Commercial Paper programs as well as the build out of CPP Investments’ multi-currency Term Debt issuance program. In November 2016 James joined the newly formed Cash and Liquidity Group to head up all secured and unsecured financing activity. James has extensive international experience in the Fixed Income Markets, having worked in Tokyo, London, New York and Toronto before joining CPP Investments.
James is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Managing Director, Head of Balancing Portfolio Management
Alistair is Managing Director and Head of Balancing Portfolio Management, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund’s Balancing Portfolio. He joined CPP Investments in 2008 as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Global Tactical Asset Allocation group within Public Market Investments.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Alistair spent 10 years at UBS Global Asset Management in London, where he was a Portfolio Manager responsible for both an absolute return macro fund, and for the asset allocation within traditional, long-only, balanced portfolios. Before that, he spent six years as an economist at the Bank of England in the Monetary Analysis and International Divisions.
Alistair has a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Leicester, a Master’s degree from the University of Manchester, and is a CFA charterholder.
Managing Director, Head of Corporate Affairs
Lisa leads CPP Investments’ Corporate Affairs group, overseeing activities to engage employees, communicate with contributors and beneficiaries and to build CPP Investments’ global brand. During her time at CPP Investments, Lisa played an instrumental role in the creation of FCLTGlobal, a not-for-profit organization founded by CPP Investments, BlackRock, Dow, McKinsey & Company and Tata that works to encourage a longer-term focus in business and investment decision-making. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Lisa was a consultant in the Corporate Communications practice at NATIONAL Public Relations.

Leon S. Pedersen
Managing Director, Head of Thematic Investing
Leon is a seasoned thematic investing professional with global experience at high-profile investment management organizations.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, he worked 22 years at Nordea Investment Management and most recently spent four years as Head of Equities for Denmark-based BI Asset Management. In 2003, Leon co-authored, “The Thematic Investment Process,” which highlights several themes still relevant today.
Leon holds BS and MS degrees from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. He is a CFA charterholder and attended the executive program at Singularity University in California in 2013.
Managing Director, Head of Public Credit
Chris leads the Public Credit group and joined CPP Investments in 2007, focusing on fixed income programs in both Global Capital Markets and Short Horizon Alpha groups. He was primarily responsible for the vanilla and structured credit portfolios, as well as developing cross-product strategies spanning equity, foreign exchange, interest rates, credit and volatility. He has over 25 years of investment and trading experience in both European and North American markets.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Chris spent over 12 years with TD Securities as part of the Credit Products Group as well as three years with Price Waterhouse in Toronto.
Chris holds a B Comm. from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Kathy leads a team focused on building relevant employee, leadership and organizational capabilities critical to grow a sustainable global investment organization.
Within CPP Investments, Kathy was previously responsible for leading the Human Resources Business Partner team which supported the Investment Departments (Private Investments, Public Market Investments and Real Estate Investments) as well as Total Portfolio Management. Prior to joining CPP Investments in May 2007, Kathy worked with Xstrata (formerly Falconbridge Limited) in various roles including leading Human Resources in their global nickel business and Organizational Development.
Kathy holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Managing Director, Head of Financing, Collateral & Trading
Chris joined CPP Investments in 2008 focusing initially on active management programs. He has been responsible for a number of groups including Short Horizon Alpha, Cash and Liquidity Group, and is currently heading the Financing, Collateral & Trading area which oversees fund financing, balance sheet management and trading activities within the Capital Markets and Factor Investing department.
Chris has over 25 years of investment and trading experience with both domestic and international institutions. Prior to joining CPP Investments, he was Managing Director in Structured Finance at BMO Capital Markets, Co-Head Structured Finance at Scotia Capital, and traded a wide range of derivatives across multiple products at Citibank.
Chris holds a degree in Engineering Physics from McMaster University and an MBA from Queen’s University.
Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Risk
Steven leads CPP Investments’ Enterprise Risk team within the Finance, Analytics and Risk group. His team is responsible for our Integrated Risk Framework, operational risk management and corporate insurance programs. He joined CPP Investments in 2013 in the Strategy, Planning and Enterprise Risk group.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Steven worked in the Global Risk Management function at Manulife Financial, where he led the establishment of their operational risk management program and served as business unit compliance officer. He started his career as an engineer working in infrastructure and telecommunications, primarily in Asia and Europe.
Steven holds a BSc in Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
Managing Director, Head of External Portfolio Management
Prior to joining CPP Investments in January 2008, Priti worked for over 8 years in the financial services and telecommunication industries. She leads the group responsible for managing a global portfolio of external managers within Capital Markets and Factor Investing department.
Priti holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management of the University of Toronto and a Masters degree in Physics from the University of Waterloo.
Managing Director, Head of Real Assets Credit
Geoffrey leads the Real Assets Credit group and joined CPP Investments in 2010 to help develop and implement the private real estate debt strategy. He has helped lead CPP Investments’ investments in a broad range of real estate debt products including mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity loans secured by high-quality real estate assets in markets across the Americas, Europe and Asia; while selectively evaluating expansion into new markets.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, he spent four years at RBS Greenwich Capital and was a board member of RBS’s Global Real Estate Finance Group responsible for its U.S. debt portfolio. Previously, Geoffrey worked at JPMorgan in real estate finance related roles in New York and London, departing as head of real estate capital markets.
Geoffrey holds a BA (Honours) in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Strategy, Credit Investments
Rossitsa is responsible for leading the portfolio strategy and construction function in Credit Investments.
Rossitsa previously led the asset class research for existing and potential areas of investment in the public and private markets, including hedge funds, private equity, infrastructure, credit and natural resources, as part of CPP Investments’ Total Portfolio Management department.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Rossitsa was at GE Energy Financial Services in Stamford, Connecticut, where she was responsible for due diligence as well as structuring and negotiating acquisitions in the power sector. Rossitsa also worked in Assurance and Advisory Services at Deloitte & Touche in Chicago.
Rossitsa holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Saint Mary’s College, Indiana.
Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Engineering
Derek leads the Portfolio Engineering group in our Total Portfolio Management (TPM) department. He and his team design and build fully systematized investment processes that effect the design of CPP Investments’ investment strategy and the management of the Investment Portfolios. Portfolio Engineering’s ongoing research also provides value-added analytics and insights to support TPM decision-making. Prior to joining TPM, he led the Portfolio Engineering team within Public Market Investment’s Global Tactical Asset Allocation group – where he was responsible for the daily operations of the portfolio and for the production of quantitative investment models and analytics.
Before joining CPP Investments, Derek held a variety of positions related to quantitative investing, indexing, technology and data at Barclays Global Investors and Morgan Stanley Capital International.
Derek holds a MS in Computing and Information Science from Queen’s University, an MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA charterholder.
Managing Director, Head of Secondaries
Michael joined CPP Investments in 2007 and is responsible for leading our private equity Secondaries business in all global markets, excluding Asia. In prior roles at CPP Investments, Michael has led our private equity Co-Investment business and was a Senior Principal in our private equity Funds team, where he managed several of CPP Investments’ largest GP relationships.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Michael was an investment banker with TD Securities in Toronto, head of strategy with the AXA Group in Tokyo, a management consultant with Bain & Company in Toronto, Singapore and Hong Kong. He started his career in investment banking with Salomon Brothers’ in New York.

Prasanna leads our digital transformation efforts to advance data and technology capabilities to enable business growth, operational excellence and innovation. He is responsible for architecture, application engineering, infrastructure and cloud enablement, data integration, workplace technologies and IT operations.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2019, Prasanna was Managing Director, Global Head of Application Development and Architecture at S&P Global Ratings. Before that, he held technology leadership roles with GE Capital and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
He holds a BE in Engineering from Barkatullah University in Bhopal, India.
Managing Director, Head of Data & Advanced Analytics
Sriram is responsible for our Data & Advanced Analytics team, which includes Market Data Services, Data Governance and Advanced Analytics. His team supports Investment and Core Services teams to leverage traditional and alternate data sources to enhance analytical capabilities for throughput and alpha generation.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2019, he was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase leading Business Intelligence, Data Engineering and Machine Learning technology for their consumer businesses.
Sriram holds a BE in Instrumentation Technology from the University of Mysore (India).
Managing Director, Energy and Resources
Michael Hill is a Managing Director in the Real Assets division at CPP Investments focusing on direct private equity investment opportunities in the Energy and Resources area.
Prior to joining the CPP Investments in 2016, Michael spent 25 years in Investment Banking, including, most recently, as Head of M&A and Corporate Finance for Nomura Securities.
While at Nomura, Michael was a member of the Global Investment Banking Executive Committee and the America’s Operating and Capital Commitments Committees. Previously, Michael was Global Co-Head of Natural Resources at Deutsche Bank and held various positions at Morgan Stanley where he started his career in 1989. He has worked in New York, London, and Toronto.
Michael sits on the Boards of Wolf Midstream, Nephin Energy, and Encino Energy. He holds an HBA from Ivey Business School, where he is also a Board member, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Managing Director, Head of Financial Institutions, Direct Private Equity
Nick is responsible for leading our direct private equity investments in financial services.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2018, he was Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where he was responsible for strategy, acquisitions, investments, new business development and other global initiatives. While there, Nick was responsible for completing more than 100 acquisitions in more than 25 countries. Before that, Nick was a lawyer at Davis Polk in New York, where he advised public and private equity clients on M&A transactions, and started his career at Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) in Melbourne, Australia.
He holds a B Comm. from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Laws (first class honors) from Bond University, where he was a recipient of the Law School Medal.
Managing Director, Head of Real Estate - Americas
Hilary Spann is responsible for CPP Investments’ real estate investments in the Americas, and is based in New York City. Hilary is also a member of CPP Investments’ Real Estate Investment Committee, which has oversight for CPP Investments’ global real estate investments. Hilary has 18 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Hilary held various roles in real estate acquisitions and asset management at JP Morgan Asset Management, and was also a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Hilary attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she received an undergraduate degree focused on architecture and master’s degree in urban planning. She is the chair of the Urban Development Mixed Use Council (Red Flight) for ULI, and is an active member of WX – Women Executives in Real Estate, a New York based professional and charitable organization.
Managing Director, Head of Macro Strategies
Kevin leads the CMF Macro Strategies team, which is responsible for active discretionary investment strategies, including Strategic Tilting. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2017, Kevin spent 25 years working in London, New York and Tokyo for a number of Investment Banks and Hedge Funds.
Kevin was a partner and Portfolio Manager at Old Lane and subsequently oversaw a Fund at Finisterre Capital. His focus was managing investments in Emerging Markets and the Global Macro themes. Prior to that he worked at Morgan Stanley and then Merrill Lynch, where he had a variety of roles including running Merrill’s Global Non-Dollar Interest Rate Options business and then Global FX Options and Proprietary Trading.

Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Value Creation,Real Assets
Maximilian leads CPP Investments’ Portfolio Value Creation group, supporting management teams of individual investments to achieve full value potential. Maximilian currently serves on the Boards of Liberty Living and Petco.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2015, Maximilian spent more than seven years at Permira Advisers LLP, focusing on private equity transactions, and was most recently responsible for the firm’s global capital markets activities. Prior to that, Maximilian was an investment banker for Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas in London.
He is a fully qualified lawyer in Germany and holds a Masters of Law from the LMU Munich.
Managing Director, Head of Private Equity Funds
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Delaney spent eight years at Hermes GPE LLP (formerly Hermes Private Equity) as Head of the Americas, focused on both private equity fund investment and co-investment. Previously, Delaney was an Associate Director with Almeida Capital in London and a Research Scientist for GlaxoSmithKline in the U.K.
Delaney holds a BSc (First Class Honours) in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds.
Managing Director, Portfolio Value Creation
James leads Portfolio Value Creation’s portfolio monitoring efforts across CPP Investments’ direct equity investments.
James has 24 years of investment and asset management experience. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2012, James was a Managing Director at Royal Bank Equity Finance (the private equity arm of RBS), where he spent 10 years focused on private equity and infrastructure transactions. Prior to RBS, James was a member of the private equity team at JP Morgan Capital and he started his career as a pension fund manager at Hambros Bank.
James currently serves on the Boards of Anglian Water, Associated British Ports and Glencore Agriculture.
James holds an MA in Theology from Keble College, Oxford University.
Managing Director, Head of Investment Tax & Structure Management
Christina leads CPP Investments’ Investment Tax and Investment Structure Management teams, which support the organization on investment tax matters as well as managing CPP Investments’ investment structures. In a prior CPP Investments role between 2014 and 2017, she was a Tax Director working with investment departments investing into Europe directly.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2014, Christina practiced corporate tax for 15 years at KPMG, working in London, Sydney and Paris, advising clients investing globally.
Christina is a Chartered Accountant (Australia & New Zealand) and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
Managing Director, Head of Strategy, Real Assets
Martin heads the Strategy group within the Real Assets department. The Strategy group delivers insight and actionable advice to the Real Asset investment committees and transaction teams on issues impacting long-term investment performance. Martin also serves as a member of CPP Investments’ global committees for equity investments into real estate, agriculture and infrastructure, as well as for real estate debt investments.
Since joining CPP Investments in 2005, Martin has led the development of a number of new investment programs, making CPP Investments’ first real estate equity investments into a number of new countries and sectors. He founded the Private Real Estate Debt group in early 2010 and led its growth to over $4 billion in assets, before assuming his current position in 2016.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Martin held transactional roles in the real estate investing, commercial lending and investment banking industries, based in the UK, Canada and the United States. He holds a B.A. (Honours) in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, in Scotland and an M.B.A. with emphasis in Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley.
Managing Director, Head of Europe, Direct Private Equity
Prior to joining CPP Investments in February 2006, Hafiz worked in the Technology, Media & Telecom investment banking group at CIBC World Markets. Prior to CIBC World Markets, Hafiz worked for Millennium Research Group, a boutique research and consulting firm focused in the medical device industry. During his time at CPP Investments, he has worked on many investments including AgCoA, Asurion, AWAS, Dorna, GlobalLogic, Hotelbeds, Sportrader and ista. Hafiz currently serves on the board of GlobalLogic, Hotelbeds, Sportrader and has served on the board of AWAS and Livingston International.
Hafiz holds a B Comm. from Queen’s University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Managing Director, Head of European Credit
Derek leads the European Credit group. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2017, Derek was a Managing Director at Davidson Kempner focused on investing in event-driven, opportunistic and distressed investments across Europe.
Previously, he was an Executive Director at Alcentra, focused on sub-investment grade corporate credit markets across Europe. Derek started his career at Andersen and Ernst & Young in Vancouver and then London.
Derek holds a B Comm. from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Managing Director, Real Estate
Thomas heads our UK real estate business and is responsible for our entry into a number of new real estate sectors, including student housing, life sciences and the Built-to-Rent sector. He is also on our office, retail and logistics investments Joint Venture boards. Beyond the UK, Thomas is responsible for our real estate investment activity in Germany and the CEE regions and was instrumental in our transaction activity in Spain, the Nordics and some of our first investments into India.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2011, Thomas was a Vice President in the real estate investment banking team at Macquarie bank, focused on M&A transactions within UK and European public and private real estate companies.
Thomas holds a BSc (First Class Hons) from the University of Nottingham and an MSc from the University of London Southbank. He holds MRICS and IMC (CFA) certifications.
He is on the board of Unite plc.
Managing Director, Infrastructure
Neil has 25 years of experience in the infrastructure market, including 15 years as a banker at Lloyds, Barclays and WestLB, followed by a 10 year spell as a founding partner in 3i’s infrastructure business prior to joining CPP Investments in 2015.
Managing Director, Head of Corporate Communications
Mei leads CPP Investments’ Global Corporate Communications team, which is responsible for media relations, investment and financial communications and issues-management activities. Since joining CPP Investments in 2014, she has worked in both the New York and London offices.
Prior to joining CPP Investments, Mei worked for Sun Life Financial in Toronto and Hong Kong, where she led Sun Life’s Communications and customer marketing initiatives in Asia.
Mei holds a BA from the University of Toronto.
Managing Director, Head of Real Estate - Europe
Andrea is responsible for CPP Investments’ European Real Estate Investments. He joined CPP Investments’ London office in 2011 as Director, Real Estate Investments for Europe and has been responsible for real estate investments on a pan-European basis and in India.
He has more than 15 years experience in real estate investment, holding senior positions at real estate private equity and investment firms. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Andrea was European Chief Investment Officer and Director of AREA Property Partners.
He holds an MBA from Insead and a BS in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University.
Managing Director, Macro Strategies
Aleks leads the team responsible for CPP Investments’ strategic tilting investment activities. On joining CPP Investments he initially focused on leading the Macro Strategies allocation efforts for External Portfolio Management, then was responsible for building the European business for the group and launching and overseeing the group’s Co-investment activities.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2008, he was a senior member of Weyerhaeuser’s pension plan team which oversaw hedge fund, fund of fund, private equity, real estate, and special situations investments. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and previously he had roles across equities and global markets in research, trading and portfolio management at Tremont Capital, TD Securities and RBC Capital in New York and Toronto. He began his career working for the Japanese Ministry of Education in Yokohama.
Aleks holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics & History from Queen’s University and the CFA designation.
Managing Director, Head of APAC Credit
Raymond leads our Asia credit business. Prior to joining CPP Investments, he was a managing director at SSG Capital, responsible for special situations investments and secured lending in Greater China.
Previously, Raymond was the Head of Greater China at Intermediate Capital Group, Senior Fund Manager at RAB Capital and head of Asia Asset Management at D.B. Zwirn. He started his career with HSBC, departing as a team head of the Real Estate Sector.
Raymond holds a BSSc in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA from the EMBA program of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Managing Director, Real Estate Asia
Gilles covers Asia-Pacific markets with a focus on North Asia, South-East Asia, and new initiatives. He has led some of CPP Investments’ early investments around the region and his priorities include business development, transactions, and investment
Gilles joined CPP Investments in 2010 and has over 20 years of experience across several real estate business lines including development, construction management, asset management, private equity and fund management, and has variously been professionally based in Australia, Singapore, UK, Belgium and now Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in establishing and managing cross-border investments and joint ventures in Europe and Asia-Pacific and has previously held investment roles in Lend Lease, MGPA, and Aviva Investors.
Gilles holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of International Business degrees from the University of Queensland and Griffith University, respectively, and has earned his CPA and CFA designations.
Managing Director, Real Estate
Guy is primarily responsible for the acquisition of real estate investments for CPP Investments in the Greater China region. Guy also led some of CPP Investments’ early investments in other countries in Asia Pacific.
Guy has over 20 years of experience in real estate. Before joining CPP Investments in 2009, he was Vice President and Chief Representative of Citi Property Investors (CPI) China based in Shanghai. In addition to his role in acquisitions, Guy was also actively involved in asset management and responsible for investor relations for CPI’s Asia Fund, which totaled USD 1.3 billion of commitments. Prior to joining CPI, Guy worked in the Corporate Finance department of Citigroup both in Hong Kong and Moscow, and also at Savills plc in China, establishing the company’s presence in Shanghai.
Guy holds an MBA from New York University and a MA in Chinese from Oxford University.
Managing Director, Head of Real Estate - Asia
Jimmy is responsible for CPP Investments’ real estate in Asia. He has over 20 years real estate experience in Asia having worked out of Singapore, South Korea and currently based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2008, Jimmy worked with several leading real estate companies including ING Real Estate. He was responsible for setting up ING Real Estate’s business in South Korea.
Jimmy holds a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in International Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Managing Director, Head of Private Equity Asia
Frank is responsible for leading our private equity business in Asia. Prior to joining CPP Investments, he was a Principal at Bain Capital, responsible for private equity investments in Asia, with a focus on Greater China. Previously, Frank was a manager at Bain & Company and worked at Ericsson as a Business Development manager, and at COFCO as a trader.
Frank holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of International Business and Economics.
Managing Director and Head of Fundamental Equities Asia
Agus oversees the fundamental equities investment team for Asia ex-Japan out of our Hong Kong office. The team focuses on performing fundamental research and investing long term in quality corporates throughout Asia.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2014, Agus spent five years at Citadel (Asia) as Head of Asia Equity and managed the Asia Equities Long Short sector portfolio. He also spent three years at Income Partners as a Managing Partner and 10 years at Fidelity Investments (HK), managing various sector and country funds
Agus is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth Graduate School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Managing Director, Head of Listed Real Estate
Kim leads the Listed Real Estate team. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2018, Kim was Global Head of Real Estate Equities Research at UBS. Based in Hong Kong, she was responsible for formulating and presenting the UBS global real estate view, drawing on her team of more than 30 real estate analysts globally. Kim covered listed real estate for UBS for more than 22-years, leading top-rated real estate equities research teams in Australia, Europe and Asia.
Before joining UBS in 1996, Kim worked in fund management at Armstrong Jones Management Ltd. where, in addition to property research and reviewing potential acquisition opportunities for the funds, she was responsible for managing the company’s Property Securities Fund.
Kim holds a B. Comm. from the University of Western Sydney Australia, and was awarded first place for her graduating year. She is a CFA charter holder.
Tania Sztamfater Chocolat
Managing Director, Head of Direct Equity Investments Latin America
Tania is responsible for leading and overseeing our Direct Equity Investments Latin America group.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2017, Tania was a Principal responsible for Private Equity investments in Brazil at Capital Group. Before that, Tania held various positions at Itaú Unibanco. She was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department, Head of Research and Consumer Goods Analyst in the Equity Research Department, and Head of Corporate Advisory at Itaú Private Banking. Prior to that, Tania was a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Department at JPMorgan.
Tania holds a BA in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo.
Tania is on the board of Equatorial Energia.
Managing Director, Infrastructure
Ricardo is responsible for leading our investment activities in Infrastructure in Latin America and has been overseeing investments in energy and infrastructure in Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Peru.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2015, Ricardo spent over 20 years covering the energy and infrastructure segments, including at Bank of America and Santander.
Ricardo holds a BS in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo and an MBA from INSEAD (Paris).
He is on the boards of CESP and VTRM in Brazil, and Grupo Costanera in Chile.
Managing Director, Head of Latin America
Rodolfo is responsible for leading the CPP Investments in Latin America. Based in São Paulo, Rodolfo covers all aspects of C mandate, including our Latin American advisory relationships, and provides active leadership and coordination of our activities in these markets.
Rodolfo has 21 years of consulting with Bain & Company, of which the past 14 years have been in Brazil. Most recently he was Practice Leader, South America Financial Services, at Bain & Company establishing the Financial Services practice and building it into a market leader. Prior experience includes Deutsche Bank Commercial and Corporate Banking in Spain and Germany.
Rodolfo holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School in Philadelphia, USA, and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.
