Power and Renewables

The P&R group was created because our scale, flexibility and long-term horizon align with the power industry’s dynamics, allowing us to better access attractive investments. The group focuses on strategic opportunities and the ability to apply long-term investment horizons with the latitude to explore promising, less mature development and greenfield investments.

Electricity is the fastest growing form of energy consumption globally; and renewables are becoming a more prominent part of the energy mix as green technology enters the mainstream and the demand for global power grows. The P&R group collaborates closely with Infrastructure and Energy and Resources, Sustainable Investing in Public Markets, as well as the Climate Change Working Group. Agriculture investments are also managed by the P&R group.
