Previously, he held progressive roles at OMERS Capital Markets, most recently Managing Director &amp; Co-Head of Equities, as well as Ontario Teachers\\u2019 Pension Plan and RBC Capital Markets.<\\\/p>\\n<p>Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Joint Honours in Economics &amp; Finance) from McGill University and a Master of Financial Economics from the University of Toronto. Before Google, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group where he advised a broad range of Financial Services, Private Equity and Retail organizations on strategy, M&amp;A and large-scale business transformations. Before then he was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group in Toronto, where he advised clients in the financial services, consumer products, technology, media and telecommunications and healthcare sectors. With BCG much of his work was at the intersection of strategy, operating model and organizational transformation. Stephen started his career as an attorney, where he practiced corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions at Simpson Thacher &amp; Bartlett LLP and clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.<\\\/p>\\n<p>He holds an LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University, an M.A. from University of Toronto and a B.A. from McGill University in Economics and History.<\\\/p>\\n<div class=\\\"swp-content-locator\\\"><\\\/div>\"}]"
