Make your next professional move a big one.
At CPP Investments you can kick-start your career with a global investment leader. If you’re a student in your final year of study looking for a full-time position with challenging and interesting work in a supportive environment, you’ve come to the right place.
A variety of analyst positions are available across the organization (specific programs are highlighted below) to students from all academic backgrounds. These roles are typically recruited a year in advance, with the majority posted in August.
At CPP Investments we believe diverse teams and perspectives foster better decisions and outcomes.
Our programs ensure you work across different departments, teams and leaders while expanding your professional networks across the organization.
Our analyst roles are supported by robust training programs designed for learning about our global organization, as well as the business strategies, technical skills and business approaches needed to be a successful professional.
To highlight just two of our programs…
LAUNCH is our new graduate program designed to support an analysts’ development from day one. This highly interactive module focuses on learning core skills using a case-based approach and real-life examples. The format allows analysts to engage with their peers across the firm, while learning from more experienced colleagues and senior leaders.
Wall Street Prep, meanwhile, is an intensive four-week training program that covers financial fundamentals, including accounting, Excel skills and basic three-statement modeling. The program also explores the corporate valuation and financial modeling typical for both private and public investment tracks. It provides an innovative way on delivering personal development training that is interwoven into the technical content.
We are invested in helping you build a career with both impact, and long-term professional success. We hope you join us.
