Investment Portfolio Management is responsible for the allocation of the active portfolio of CPP Investments and for ensuring the Fund has the best possible combination of active investment strategies across its six investment departments.<\\\/p>\\n<p>Prior to that role, Heather held a number of leadership positions across the organization, including as Head of Strategy &amp; Operations in Capital Markets and Factor Investing. Patrice was named one of Canada&#8217;s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by WXN in 2019 and was recognized by Chambers &amp; Partners in 2019 as one of the most influential General Counsel in Canada and in 2025 as one of the world\\u2019s leading in-house counsel. In 2022, Patrice received a &#8220;Legend in Law Award&#8221; by the US-based Burton Award Program recognizing her outstanding reputation in the legal profession and a demonstrated track record of addressing complex matters of national or global significance. Patrice is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Queen&#8217;s University and is a member of the Advisory Council to the Dean of Queen&#8217;s University Law School.
